Boulder Hut Website
Umbraco CMS website created to support the offering of our customer’s Premium Climbing Wall in the North West.
The website showcases:
- classes, clubs, events, parties and onsite facilities such as the café
- a blog with categories and support for all multimedia assets
- integration with a newsletter platform
I‑Finity designed and developed the website to showcase:
- Created a new website on Umbraco CMS to enable Boulder Hut to manage all their website content post initial build
- Hosted the website on Microsoft Azure Cloud with annual security certification renewals. All our hosting packages include an SSL certificate– this covers both the website and the CMS. All our websites are SSL certified by default, as this provides user peace of mind along with achieving searching ranking benefits.
- Managed the domain set up and domain redirects
- Provided access and training to Umbraco CMS
As Boulder Hut’s development partner, we continue to enhance and add new functionality, this is easily achieved with Umbraco CMS. The CMS makes it easy to continue architecting and adding new functionality as required to support the changing needs of every business.
A recent enhancement was made to the homepage to improve signposting of key actions users want to perform:
- New banner module broken down into components to provide more flexibility
- Banner module enables imagery, text and clickable buttons to be added as well as the ability to be rotation
- Fully responsive to work across all screen sizes
- All banner options configurable in Umbraco CMS to enable the team at Boulder Hut to be self sufficient
