Delivery of a professional and compliant website to conform to legislation that is required for companies who are experts in the recovery of Parking Charge debt.

A key deliverable for this project was a system integration with a custom 3rd party API to support payments that came with minimal technical documentation. Therefore it required solving technical issues as they were faced during development. Successful integration with this API was key for ADR Legal to deliver on its business operations and processes. 

Compliance is a big part of the Parking industry therefore the requirements around validation and correct payment information was essential. Furthermore to provide customers with peace of mind they are accessing accurate information about their Parking Charge. 

Project deliverables:

  • Clear, simple and easy to use website for customers to easily find information and make payments online

  • Payment integration with a 3rd party platform to enable full, partial and ongoing partial payments

  • Validation in place to confirm customer’s unique details to access authorised and correct payment information

  • Utilised logo assets that were provided to inform the overall website design

  • Fully mobile responsive website with particular focus on making online payments smooth regardless of screen size

  • Payment functionality includes validation of unique identifiable customer fields and presenting user friendly messages to guide customers appropriately

The final website delivery involved ensuring the team at ADR Legal had the right access to Umbraco CMS to enable ongoing content updates to be self-managed.
